English synopsis:
The Spirit of the Ganga highlights the journey of a 18-year old environmental activist, Sumair Handa Bakshi and his youth-led organisation that has been working for the last 5 years to save the critically endangered aquatic species that reside in the Ganges. In a quest to strengthen the movement and advocate for youth participation, the film traces Sumair's conversations with experts, key decision makers and influencers as he tries to deconstruct the causes, effects and magnitude of the problem.

English biography:
As the Director of Marketing & Communications and as Secretary-General, Natashja is the youngest Governing Council Member at Sakshi. As a filmmaking alumna of LASALLE College of the Arts and the London Film School, Natashja founded SBOX. She is a Board Member of Dr Rathod Medical Foundation, which aims to improve diagnosis, treatment protocol, and overall healthcare conditions in India; and a Council Member of the Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
