English synopsis:
"Hill People" demonstrates the simple life of the oldest residents, in addition to people in love with "Hill of ITAPETI", located in Mogi das Cruzes, Metropolitan Region of São Paulo, Brazil. The documentary attracts views of the problems and virtues of Hill, its cultures and memories and discusses solutions capable of preserving it.

English biography:
Rodrigo Campos Graduated in Cine / TV at CAV - Audiovisual Center São Bernardo do Campo-São Paulo. For 10 years he has dedicated himself to the production of audiovisual projects, working on dozens of cinematographic works, with emphasis on the documentary “CLAUSURA” that portrays the depression in the lives of artists, where he served as Assistant Director, Producer and Editor. The work circulated for more than 30 national and international festivals, winning 8 awards. In the short film Terror “TRIPOFOBIA”, he served as Assistant of Photography, assisting the experienced Director of Photography Vitor Meloni. The film was one of the finalists for the 2019 Brazilian Film Academy Award, in the Best Short Film category. In 2018, he was selected for the Experimental Cinema Nucleus of MIS - Museum of Image and Sound São Paulo, as editor of the Suspense short film “NERVO”, directed by Director Pedro Jorge Cabron. The short film was part of the Competitive Exhibitions of the 30th São Paulo International Short Film Festival KinoForum and 29th Curta Cinema Festival - Rio de Janeiro International Short Film.
