Cilento. Southern Italy. Marco Galaverni, researcher and scholar of wolves and natural ecosystems, scientific director of the wwf, takes a trip to Southern Italy, in the mountains of Cilento. Looking for an endangered animal. But looking for traces and footsteps of wolves, he realizes that he is telling the extinction of man. Meet men and women who resist in a land that is becoming depopulated. A sculptor, a solitary inhabitant of a decadent village, a contemporary peasant and shepherds who tell their life in a world where men and wolves have been able to coexist for millennia. |

Andrea D’Ambrosio was born in Roccadaspide in 1975, he attended directory and playwriter courses with the most important Italian directors such as Giuseppe de Santis, Carlo Lizzani, Florestano Vancini, Ettore Scola, Ugo Pirro. Andrea D’ambrosio has made a lot of documentaries. In the year 2016 his first fiction feature “Two Euros an hour” was released at the cinema. He has won over thirty festivals in the world including the Montreal festival and has been seen in numerous countries. |
